The treatment avoids the use of essential oils and is a luxurious treat using a Calendula infused oil, various muds and creams and advanced massage techniques to safe areas. It leaves the skin toned and the body totally relaxed. We recommend this experience only after the first trimester of pregnancy.

An ancient method of healing, originally designed to treat monks suffering from stiff joints and sore muscles after long hours of meditation. Thai massage begins with the feet and ends with a gentle face massage; in between your whole body is stretched and manipulated in a slow, meditative and rhythmic manner. Relaxing, it increases flexibility, releases tension in the muscles and joints, improves posture and is beneficial for headaches, back pain, insomnia and stress.
