ll of the bedrooms have been individually designed, but, we hope, not overly so. We don't have many, (we can sleep 15) so we have tried to ensure they all deliver as much as they can by using the very best fixtures and fittings and completing the feel of luxury with rich fabrics. Each bed is resplendent in White Company cotton and down pillows and duvets ensure a comfortable nights sleep. Television viewing is made easy with large screen plasma TVs in all bedrooms and the digital radios with I-pod compatibility give you a private space in which to fully relax. If you would like to keep Champagne or beer chilled in the room then the fridge in the bespoke campaign chest will allow you to do just that. Because the small things that are important to you are important to us we have provided an iron and ironing board in each room.

 All bathrooms come complete with a range of luxury White Company towels from bath mats and flannels through to oversized bath towels and our personalised microfiber robes.

The feel of the House is one of comfort and laid-back luxury and the feedback that we have had tells us that the rooms far from disappoint.

The Residence in its varied past has been a nursing home, private home and, more recently, a luxury boutique Hotel, Spa and Private Members' club. Situated on the fringes of The Royal Victoria Park in Bath it enjoys unrivalled seclusion from the stresses of life whilst being minutes from the Royal Crescent, the Circus & Bath city centre.

The interior of the large Georgian building has been upgraded to the very highest standards and the decor creates a relaxing yet luxurious boutique-feel that is hard to find anywhere else. Oak flooring leads to under floor heated flagstones and thick carpets and the furniture is a compelling mix of antique, retro and modern styles that combines beautifully to create a visually stunning holiday home. Everything that you would expect to find in such a House is here from the house and garden-wide Wi-Fi network to a steam room and from Bang & Olufsen audio and visual equipment to a fully equipped professional kitchen.

The House is large enough to sleep 15 people with six double bedrooms and three single beds. Five of the double rooms have luxuriously appointed en-suite bathrooms

Two large rooms that stretch the width of the House linked by a large arch, the bedroom features an Emperor-sized Victorian walnut bed facing a plasma screen and living flame gas fire set in a Bath stone fireplace.

The living area has two giant leather sofas and a Chinese day bed which doubles as a dining or coffee table; a huge gilded mirror and a fabulous log-burning fireplace, designed by local mason, Ben Gale. Reclaimed French farmhouse oak floors complete the opulent picture. Just off the rooms is a beautiful bathroom with a large walk in powershower, seperate bath and a gorgeous verdigris French washbasin.

The super King size wooden bed faces a white marble fireplace with an inset living gas fire. In the corner of the room sits the Plasma TV and DVD palyer and the cow hide chaise in the middle of the room gives you a comfortable seating option.

The large bathroom contains a seperate large bath and the walk in shower is a multi-nozzle power shower. The underfloor heating for the travertine flooring ensures that the toes are kept au point.
